It depends on the route. Cash buyers can complete in as little as 7–14 days. Auction provides a fixed, legally binding completion — typically 28 days after the hammer falls. Private investors usually complete in 6–8 weeks. Estate agency can achieve the highest price but is typically the slowest route.
