Heritage isn’t a big corporate machine — it’s just us, Phoebe and Poppy, working closely with sellers to offer real advice, genuine care, and a more human approach to moving on. Between us, we’ve spent years in estate agency and investment, and we’ve seen what works — and what doesn’t. Add in our two four-legged sidekicks, Brie & Monty, and you’ve got a small but mighty team dedicated to helping you sell with confidence.

We’re proudly based in North England, working remotely between Harrogate and Horsforth. But our reach isn’t limited to our postcode — thanks to our nationwide network of estate agents, buyers, and industry professionals, we support sellers across the UK.

  • Director -

    With nearly a decade of experience in the property industry, Phoebe brings both expertise and heart to every sale. She spent over seven years working in a busy estate agency in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, where she developed a deep understanding of the local market and a reputation for honest, straightforward advice. From there, she moved into the investment world, working for a Leeds-based property firm where she led client relationships and structured complex off-market deals.

    Now based in Harrogate with her fiancé Jake and their working cocker spaniel, Brie, Phoebe founded Heritage with a clear mission: to put people before process. She wanted to create a more personal, transparent, and seller-focused experience — where homeowners feel informed, supported, and fully in control of their decisions.

    Phoebe is passionate about delivering clear guidance in what can often be an overwhelming industry. She believes that trust, transparency, and kindness should be at the heart of every sale — and prides herself on building genuine relationships with clients and partners alike.

    Outside of work, Phoebe is a big fan of long countryside walks with her best friends (and the dogs, of course), hitting the slopes for a ski trip whenever she can, and rounding off the week with a proper Sunday roast and a good glass of red.

    Originally from Shrewsbury, Poppy began her property career in local estate agency before moving to Leeds, where she joined a leading investment company — and met Phoebe along the way. With a natural flair for selling, a sharp eye for detail, and a calm, straight-talking approach, Poppy quickly became known for her ability to handle even the trickiest of transactions with confidence and care.

    Now based in Horsforth with her boyfriend Tom (and their two fiercely independent cats, Luna and Carrot), Poppy brings both energy and insight to every client journey. She’s passionate about helping sellers feel seen and supported — especially those navigating difficult or time-sensitive sales — and thrives on making the process feel smooth, transparent, and tailored from start to finish.

    Outside of work, Poppy is a regular at the gym and happiest when she’s out walking in the countryside or off hiking somewhere new. She’s also a big traveller at heart — most recently ticking off Vietnam, Cambodia and Bali from her bucket list — and loves nothing more than switching off and discovering new places. And while she may not have a dog at home, her beloved family spaniel Monty still lives in Shropshire and holds an honorary place on the Heritage team (usually found starring in the occasional Zoom call or postcard update).

  • Head of Client Happiness 🐾

    Brie is Phoebe’s loyal sidekick and Heritage’s resident bundle of joy. As Head of Client Happiness, she takes her role very seriously — greeting guests with a wag, reminding the team when it’s time for a walk, and boosting morale with her signature full-body tail wiggle.

    A classic working cocker spaniel with a love of muddy fields, squeaky toys, and the occasional courier delivery, Brie brings just the right blend of enthusiasm and chaos to the office. Whether she’s curled up under a desk, popping up on a Zoom call, or tagging along to site visits (when allowed), she makes sure every day at Heritage is a little brighter — and a lot more fun.

  • Though technically based in Shropshire, Monty is very much part of the Heritage crew. As Poppy’s beloved family dog and loyal Remote Admin Support, he specialises in virtual morale boosts, surprise background barks, and providing emotional support from afar.

    A true working cocker spaniel, Monty excels in countryside strolls, strategic napping, and reminding the team (via Zoom cameo) to take proper screen breaks. While he hasn’t quite mastered spreadsheets, he’s a firm believer in work-life balance — and brings calm, comfort, and the occasional wag to every remote workday.
