With a decade of experience across estate agency and property investment, Phoebe brings extensive industry knowledge and a genuinely people-first approach. Having worked on everything from traditional sales to off-market transactions, she is passionate about helping homeowners make informed decisions with confidence.
Based in Harrogate with her husband Jake and their working cocker spaniel, Brie, Phoebe co-founded Heritage to provide sellers with clear advice, honest guidance, and a more personal experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, she enjoys countryside walks, skiing, and a good Sunday roast with a glass of red wine.
Poppy Morris
Brie & Monty
Chief Happiness Officers
No Heritage team introduction would be complete without Brie and Monty, our four-legged morale boosters. Both working cocker spaniels, they take their roles as Chief Happiness Officers very seriously — whether that's joining Zoom calls, encouraging regular walk breaks, greeting visitors with wagging tails, or simply brightening the day from their favourite spot under a desk. While they may not contribute much to property negotiations, they play a vital role in keeping the team smiling and reminding us that a little balance goes a long way.

Originally from Shrewsbury, Poppy began her career in estate agency before moving into the property investment sector, where she met Phoebe. With years of experience across both industries, she is known for her calm, straightforward approach and ability to guide clients through even the most complex situations.
Now based in Harrogate with her partner Tom and their two cats, Luna and Carrot, Poppy is passionate about helping sellers feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active, travelling to new destinations, and spending time with family and friends.
